Canada’s drilling rig count is down 50 actively drilling rigs according to data collected by Baker Hughes for the week ending December 27, 2019.
From one week ago, Alberta rig counts decreased 38 to 64 and the Saskatchewan rig counts decreased 11 to 22.
Oil drilling decreased 36 to 52 and gas decreased 14 to 47.
